Free Eligibility
Assessment:
It is extremely important that, starting from initiating the
admission process to the issuance of visa, we should all stay focused, compliant,

clear understanding of your academic and career objectives. In order to achieve
that essential clarity of objective, we will assess your eligibility for admission
at a compatible educational institution based on your academic credentials. In
order to seek such evaluation, prospective students can email, mail or
personally bring the copies of secondary and post-secondary educational
certificates, diplomas and degrees obtained. Our professional experts in
Zimbabwe and Canada will review the documents and make recommendations on
admission prospects. After we have a final assessment report from our
professional education experts, we will contact you to schedule a personal
meeting at our office.
Counselling:
While we will discuss with you the assessment report of our
experts regarding the prospects of your admission in a desired course of study
at any prestigious institution, we will lay out the implications of the
determinations of our experts from the perspective of your background. It is an

and socio-cultural counselling to refine their understanding of the whole
processing starting from obtaining the admission acceptance letter through us
and completion of degree/diploma in Canada and subsequent merging into Canadian
socio-economic mainstream. To the
students whose credentials would contain certain deficiencies would be counselled
and guided how to appropriately address the eligibility issues. Our local

Retaining Our
Services:
In order to properly avail the optimum benefit of our

token payment reimbursement fee will required to be paid at this time. The
amount of reimbursement payment will be determined based on the length and
nature of services that Mission Educational Services will be providing to you.

Selection of Courses
and Educational Institution:
By this time we would have an excellent understanding of
your academic and occupational objectives and the route to reach the
destination would be visible. Any of our senior professional education

is you who is the final authority to make a selection of the course of study

Free IELTS
Preparation:
For the last few years, the Canadian government and public
institution have been putting an increasing amount of emphasis on the
importance of English language proficiency as a mandatory element of success in
the Canadian socio-economic market. Without an exception, all the publicly
funded colleges and prestigious universities in Canada require a particular
score in any of the conventional English language proficiency tests (i.e.
IELTS, TOEFL, CELPIP, etc). Certain private colleges can waive the condition of
language test for admission but having a test result would significantly
enhance the chances of getting the coveted student visa from the Canadian
Embassy.
At Mission Educational Services, we fully understand that
there have emerged numerous tuition centres in every city of the country that
claim to offer preparation of such English language proficiency tests,
particularly for the International Language Testing System (IELTS). Such
tuition centres charge heavy fees and guarantee the desired results after
completing their IELTS preparation courses. A majority of such tuition centres
either prey on the innocent but ambitious students, causing a heaving burden on
the already depleted financial resources of struggling parents, or they are
being operated by the so-called tutors whose own English proficiency is visibly
questionable. Another major flaw in the preparation courses of such tuition
centres is that their tutors don’t have direct experience of personally writing
such English language tests. IELTS is a kind of English exam that cannot be
fully grasped unless personally experienced. It is not a traditional English
language test; rather it is an exam to test the candidate’s time management,
language structure, and knowledge application skills at an advanced level. If
the preparation of the IELTS is carried on following a conventional English
language teaching techniques in Zimbabwe than it is almost impossible to
achieve the desired results in the IELTS exam.

you with the IELTS preparation guidance ABSOLUTELY FREE OF COST. We will assess
your current level of proficiency, lay out a plan of action for you, provide
foundational study material, provide you with direct coaching sessions and
review your performance, all ABSOLUTELY FREE after you retain our services as a
result of the earlier stated stage of the process.
Admission Application
and Acceptance Letter:
After putting everything in place and bridging all the
deficiencies in your eligibility for the targeted course of study and the
selected educational institution, we will process your admission application
through our direct resources at the college or university. Once we complete the
above stated stages, your admission is guaranteed or we will refund the payment
you made at the time of signing the retainer with us. The admission application
must accompany the payment of a non-refundable application fee payable to the
college or university. The amount of fee varies from institution to institution
and is usually within the range of US$100 to $250; the educational institution
will provide a receipt of the fee payment, which we will provide to the
Candidate; it is that straight, clear, and simple.
After processing the admission application, the educational
institution will issue a formal acceptance offer to the candidate which would
state all the essential information. It is the acceptance letter that is
required in order to apply for a student visa at the Embassy.
Depositing Tuition
Fee:
Though it may not be essential for some educational
institutions, we strongly recommend that some of the tuition fee must be paid
before applying for the student visa, as this would show the genuineness of
your intentions and would significantly increase the chances of getting the
coveted student visa. Different colleges and universities have different
policies regarding the volume of tuition fee to be paid at this stage. The
amount might be anywhere between $400 to 50% of the annual tuition fee. Once
this part of the fee is paid either directly by electronic wire transfer to the
college or mailing a bank draft, the Canadian college or university will issue
a receipt and admission confirmation letter to the candidate’s name. The time
to pay this part of the fee will depend on the timing of the submission of
admission application, issuance of acceptance letter and course start date. The
usual practice is to pay this fee at least 4 months prior to applying for the
student visa so there is enough time to complete all the formal visa
requirements.

visa stamped on your passport, and you are ready to leave behind your family
